Bacteria
are distributed to qualified investigators
for use in their own research
upon request. Before shipment,
the investigator is asked to sign
the Material Transfer Agreement
and Order Form. A pdf-file of
these forms can be downloaded.
No bacteria are released prior
to receipt of the signed Order
Form/ Material Transfer Agreement.
The
Material Transfer Agreement
When distributing a strain, the
Material Transfer Agreement will
be concluded between the PURCHASER
and ABB, to promote the utilization
of biological resources and to
clarify rights and obligation
of use of the strain.

Please specify ABB code(s) and
scientific name(s) on the Order
Form by consulting on-line catalogue
of strains, and send the Order
Form with two copies of the Material
Transfer Agreement.

Prices
The charge to a profit-making
organization is USD 100 per an
isolate, and to a non-profit organization
is USD 20 per an isolate. Shipping
charge will be added and billed
after ordering for overseas delivery.
The culture fee paid by purchasers
will be used to maintain and develop
ABB.
Payment
Methods
The invoices are usually sent
out by fax or mail in a week after
the PURCHASER places the order.
All payment must be in US dollar
by bank transfer or check. No
bacteria are released until payment
is received. Payment can be made

will package the culture for shipping
in accordance with applicable
laws and regulations. Please notify
the ABB if cultures are received
in a non-viable condition and
if cells do not grow due to unsatisfactory
material. Should the claim for
replacement be justified and reported
within 30 days, we will replace
it free of charge as soon as possible.
ABB does not assume responsibility
for loss or deterioration of cultures
due to strikes or delays in the
Customs of the PURCHASER country. |
